I suppose its like this site says, dont go with too many expectations and you won’t be disappointed. Bit too towny for my liing it has to be said.

- I used to go here all the time when I was in Nottingham. Its just a good place to have a good time with out any cares. The music can get a bit annoying if you go too much though, and a bit of variety woudl help but if I go back to Notts, I’ll def check reflec out again

i never left this place in the lat 80s when a student at trent- never had a bad night in it yet. basic sawdust and spit ingredient never failed and never any trouble in it no matter how much drink taken – a gem - Pit & Pendulum
