This is one of my favourite bars in all of Nottingham. The roof top bar is the obvious thing to mention (and it is great in the summer) but what i really like is thata it is never so busy you feel you are being shoe horned in. It is full enough to have an atmosphere but not so full I can’t move or I am being knocked about. Always at the top of my list on a night out.
Also, the restaurant’s food is good as well, not as god as they think (or charge) but good for taking the other half out and then grabbing a drink afterwards

The meatiest meat market known to man, this is a club(??) to behold on every level. Top draw! - Coco Lounge
I’ve got mixed thoughts on the coco lounge in Nottingham. packed full of lookers and near some other great bars etc but getting a drink is a royal pain on some nights - The Castle Pub
Serve a wicked Japanese lager here, I was surprised it did anything like that. It looks like an old man’s pub on the outside and I expected the usual suspects behind the bar (Carling etc) but its got a good choice of lagers and bitters. Good atmosphere on Sat night too - Lizard Lounge Bar & Club
The recent changes have really ramped this place up. used to love it, but now I go pretty much every weekend. Surprised its only been voted 6/10 so far, I’d put it much higher, and I will!. - Rock City
I used to love coming here on a Saturday night when they had that cheesy night with the dancers on the stage. I’m not sure if they do it any more (I’ve heard they don’t) but those were great nights. Almost felt like a school disco in the school hall :)

Always seem to end up here, either at the start or towards the end of the night. Its alwasy pretty easy to get served with out having to wrestle ina scrum at the bar which I like and its got enough going to create a good atmosphere.
Perfect for a first date, a guy took me here once and it was really nice. The food was lovely and the service was good. We went out on the rooftop for some drinks which ended the night perfectly. Oh, and the cocktails were great too! :) Most recommended!
