Had to wait almost 45 minutes for the meal and when it arrived it was lukewarm, chips were soft and the chicken was so dry it was hard to cut it. The BBQ sauce was non existent and all in all a very poor experience. The price was £6.95 for two meals but we would rather have had a hot meal, well cooked than a cheap deal of poor quality. Also wanted to use the disabled toilet which a member of staff unlocked but on entering the toilet, there was no toilet seat fitted. The toilet seat was on the floor but there was a lid fitted to the toilet. I think the management at this establishment should pay more attention to such things.
