“The Pit & Pendulum is a popular haunt for the darker side of Nottingham’s drinkers. If you wear a lot of black, have long hair and listen to any type of music with the word ‘metal’ in it you will find yourself at home in the Pit & Pendulum.On the flip side, it is probably best avoided if you have got yourself togged out in trousers, shirt and shoes or your best dress, however if you want to go out for some drinks with friends in an open atmosphere with out feeling like you have been shoe-horned in to a sardine tin, you could do worse than the Pit & Pendulum.”
