In our own words…
The Slug & Lettuce in Nottingham is part of the Cornerhouse leisure complex north of Nottingham’s city centre, surrounded by loads of bars and great palces to eat. The Slug & Lettuce itself is fairly typical of the chain with a mixture of leather couches and plenty of seating and standing space, serving food late on in to the night. The door policy is not too strict on a Friday and Saturday and decent sized groups shouldn’t struggle too much getting in early on although it can get very busy as the night progresses.

door men can be a bit strict at times but there is usually a seat and its easy to get served, also good stop off on your way towards the centre or hockley
Its a good to place to go if you want some posh pub food or a seat, but not one of Notts essential places
