After booking online and having no response, then phoning to book and having the reservation confirmed, it is not at all acceptable to arrive and have “no record of the booking” in the diary, no free tables and exceptionally rude staff.

I will not be returning and would advise others wanting a pleasant meal out not to bother either.

I found this pub relaxing and a nice atmosphere. The building also adds great character. Drinks are reasonable too.
